Sweet, juicy tomatoes, paired with fresh basil and drizzled with aged balsamic vinegar, rest on crisp toasted baguette slices, offering a burst of flavor with every bite. Next, savor a classic Caesar salad; the perfect balance of savory and fresh, it sets the stage for the main course. For the entrée, indulge in chicken au poivre. The tender chicken breast is encrusted with a cracked black peppercorn crust and pan-seared to perfection, then drenched in a rich, creamy sauce. It’s paired with velvety pomme purée, a luxurious mashed potato that melts in your mouth, offering the ideal complement to the bold flavors of the dish. Finally, delight in a decadent dessert of bananas foster bread pudding. Warm and comforting, this indulgent creation is made with caramelized bananas, and a luscious, cinnamon-infused custard.
